Delivery & Returns Policy
Lead Times
Lead time is dependent on stock availability. Orders will be shipped within 3 working days of your order and payment reflecting in our account.
Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Delivery time can take up to one week.
Delivery Methods
- Door to door (Fee varies. We will provide a quote on receipt of your order and physical address.)
- Collection from our factory in Midrand (No charge.)
Accordingly, we cannot, to the extent permitted by law, be liable for any damage suffered or loss incurred by reason of any acts or omissions of the deliverer, its directors, employees, sub-contractors, agents, representatives and/or affiliates. We do not give waybill numbers to our clients. Any following up on delivery must be done through us and not directly with the courier company.
Risk shall pass on delivery. If there is any short delivery or damage to goods in transit, you should be notified to BikeSpace by you with full particulars within 24 hours of delivery.
We cannot be financially liable for delay in delivering the products, however, arising.
Returns & Defective Products
We are not able to accept any returns or exchanges if the product has been damaged or used outside of its intended purpose. The BikeSpace stands are intended for bicycle and lightweight accessory/component storage.
If you do experience a perceived failure of the product then please contact BikeSpace as soon as possible. BikeSpace will endeavour to either:
- Offer telephonic support to remedy the issue
- Offer a repair service in the factory in Midrand
- Offer a replacement if deemed necessary
Items must be returned within a two week period of notice of the issues.

We offer an in-store or online credit for the returned goods (no refunds).
The return of goods will be at the customer’s cost.
All Products are thoroughly checked for quality before despatch. In the unfortunate event of a defective product, please contact us immediately. Please do note that you should check all Products for flaws as soon as unpacked.
Delivery Terms and Conditions
Door to door:
Please ensure your correct physical address is provided and that somebody is available to accept the delivery as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.
Undeliverable packages:
Should any package be returned to BikeSpace, we will make every effort to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment. Should the package be returned due to an error on your part, we will re-ship the package to you at your cost.
Order processing:
Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment.
